Shipping and Delivery Terms
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale, hereinafter referred to as "General Conditions," regulate the sales process for products offered by FINCA ES FANGAR SAU, hereinafter referred to as Bodega ES FANGAR, on the website www.es-fangar.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Website."
The General Conditions bind both Bodega ES FANGAR and the buyer, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer," granting both parties a series of rights and obligations from the moment the Customer places and accepts an order through the Website. These terms are mandatory for both parties, and the Customer’s explicit acceptance is essential to formalize an order. The Customer must carefully read these conditions.

The company owns the website www.shop.es-fangar.com, which can be accessed from countries and territories where the consumption of alcohol is legal and by persons legally permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.
Customer Responsibilities
The Customer refers to any user of the Website who places and accepts an order. To make a purchase, the Customer must provide all requested information. The Customer declares that all information provided during the purchase process is complete, truthful, and up to date. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website.

Products
Each product on the Website includes a detailed description and a sales price inclusive of VAT. The final price of the products is the one displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed, once the payment method and delivery location have been established.
Payment
Customers can purchase products by adding them to the shopping cart. To do so:
- Select the desired quantity on the product page and click "Add to Cart."
- The cart's contents can be viewed and modified at any time.
- Once all desired products are in the cart, click "Confirm Purchase" to begin checkout.
During checkout:
- Select a payment method and accept the terms and conditions outlined here.
- Verify that the products and details displayed match the intended purchase.
- Click "Place Order" to confirm the purchase. You will then be redirected to the appropriate payment gateway.
Once the payment is successfully processed:
- The order is automatically confirmed.

Note: The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and truthful delivery information. Bodega ES FANGAR assumes no liability if delivery cannot be completed due to inaccuracies or errors in the provided data.
Delivery Times and Shipping Costs
- All orders are processed within a maximum of 72 hours after payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays based on the working calendar at Bodega ES FANGAR’s headquarters.
- Shipping costs vary based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
No Returns Policy: Exchanges and returns are not accepted.
Modifications
Bodega ES FANGAR reserves the right to make changes and updates to the Website, its content, availability, presentation, and the current sales terms, prices, and costs at any time.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. The Customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Manacor – Spain for the resolution of any disputes that may arise in relation to these terms.
