One estate, one way of working
Es Fangar is a historic possessió between Felanitx and Manacor, first recorded in the fourteenth century. Today the whole estate is farmed organically: vines, olive and carob trees, figs, almonds and bees share the land with wild pine forest.

Every bottle is certified organic and vegan: we never clarify with gelatin or egg white.

A winery built around gravity
Inaugurated in 2016 after nine years of trials, our bodega moves grapes and wine without pumps, gently, from level to level. Seven thousand three hundred square metres of architecture designed for one thing: respect for the fruit.
