This wine is a bet on elegance, through a powerful blend of varieties, showing the
high level that our wines can achieve. The clay-loam soil, along with organic farming,
provides ripe, round, and firm tannins. During its barrel aging, it evolves into a
wine with great complexity in both mouthfeel and aromas, with very seductive qualities.

Varieties: Callet, Manto Negro, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah

Tasting Notes

Color: Brick red with terracotta reflections. Medium-bodied. Bright.

Nose: Compote fruit, raspberries in liqueur. Aromatic spices. Mediterranean herbs, balsamic notes. Licorice. Mineral background, toasted, cocoa. Elegant leather, with hints of white truffle.

Palate: Intense, structured, tannic with pleasant astringency. Mature. Medium-bodied.

Food pairing: Roasted Suckling Pig with Potatoes (local dish), Chocolate Coulant

Serving temperature: 14º-16º
