This is our clear bet on the unique potential of our vineyard in the heart of Mallorca and the indigenous varieties we cultivate there. Thanks to organic farming, we achieve the highest expression of typicity, both from Giró Ros and Prensal Blanc. Its barrel aging adds a touch of elegance to further highlight their excellent quality.

Color: Intense golden color. Clean and bright.
Nose: Well-integrated butter and vanilla aromas adding roundness, with a salty background and refreshing sea breeze aromas.
Palate: A full-bodied, balanced wine with aslightly creamy texture and a strong fruity load, with a sweet touch.
Food pairing: Mallorcan soups (local dish), Grilled Salmon with Mustard and Honey Sauce.
