Color: Bright cherry red with brown reflections. Medium-bodied.
Nose: Great fruity expression; red and black forest fruits.
Palate: Pleasant ripe tannins, fruity and silky. Perfect combination of fruit and barrel. Elegant and fine. Long, flavorful finish. Round with great length.
Food pairing: Beef with Sobrasada (local dish), Game Stew (Venison or Wild Boar)
